Local Area Information

SCARBOROUGH is rightly called 'QUEEN OF THE YORKSHIRE COAST' and was Britain's first ever seaside resort.  Overlooking the North and South bays with their sandy beaches stands Scarborough's historic castle.  The town is home to the Stephen Joseph Theatre where Alan Ayckbourn premieres all his plays.
